The Bakery is its own bakery where everything is baked daily. We have roasting oven baked sourdough bread, sweet bread and pastry both Swedish and international, sandwiches and small courses to go, coffee, tea and other beverages. The Bakery takes care of you during breakfast and offers lunch take away. Eat lunch here at Penny & Bill’s.

Soup of the week: Spring onion soup with baked egg, crutons and cress
Salad of the week: Create you own salad from our generous salad buffet. Choose a topping of roast beef or feta
Mon: Herb baked flitch of pork with roasted mushroom, pickled red onion, gravy and parsley
Roasted beetroots with goat cheese, pickled beetroot cream, ruccola and balsamico
Tues: Seed baked haddock with dill- and green pea cream, brown butter and crispy dill
Roasted pumpkin with broccoli, black lentils, cottage cheese and herb vinaigrette
Wed: Meatballs with cream sauce, lingonberries and pickled cucumber
Dill baked carrot with mushrooms, pumpkin seeds, green lettuce and brown butter

Mon: Thyme braised veal with cream sauce, primeurs and herbs
Steamed broccoli, roasted portabello, wheat noodles, soya, sprouts, chili, coriander
Tues: Dill baked saithe with oven roasted cauliflower, asparagus velouté and cress
Whole baked celeriac, roasted mushroom, raw grated mushroom, roasted nuts, citronett
Wed: Veal “meatballs” with tomato sauce, pickled fennel and sage
Oven baked beetroots, celeriac purée, pickled onion, ruccola, brown butter
Thur: Fish- and shellfish casserole, lobster sauce, tomato, fennel, garlic mayonnaise
Roasted cabbage, deep fried green cabbage, baked leek, vinaigrette, herbs
Fri: Porcetta stuffed with herbs, roasted broccoli, red wine sauce and lemon cream
Roasted tomatoes, bell pepper, zucchini, blackened onion, tomato sauce, cress
All lunch courses include a salad buffet, bread and butter
